Established in 2010, Mahoai Agricultural Training Academy and Projects is a registered and accredited multidisciplinary service provider based in Pretoria-Gauteng and Mpumalanga, operating nationwide. We are a Level 1 BBBEE company (100% female-owned) founded by a visionary former Tshwane University of Technology agricultural student.

We bridge the gap between education and employment by functioning as a high-impact skills development organisation and a specialised recruitment agency. With a solid history and outstanding record in providing skills development interventions, we ensure that the talent we train is successfully integrated into the workforce.

Managing Director & Founder

A visionary leader and former Tshwane University of Technology agricultural student who founded Mahoai Agricultural Training Academy in 2010. With over a decade of experience in skills development and recruitment, she has driven the company to become a Level 1 BBBEE certified, 100% female-owned organisation operating nationwide. Annah's passion for empowering communities and bridging the education-employment gap continues to guide the academy's mission.

Ordinance Mtombeni

Operational Manager

An experienced Operational Manager with nine years of expertise in recruitment, skills development, and organisational administration. Holds a Diploma in Public Management and professional certifications in Coaching & Mentoring, Outcomes-Based Learning Programme Design, and Occupational Health & Safety. Passionate about empowering individuals through education and mentorship, combining strong leadership and management skills to drive organisational success.

Tshepang Seema

Facilitator & Training Coordinator

A dedicated and hardworking facilitator driven by excellence and a passion for delivering quality training. After graduating from the University of Mpumalanga, Tshepang joined Mahoai Agricultural Academy to pursue her passion in training delivery and educational coordination. Committed to providing exceptional learning experiences to all participants.

Kgaogelo Calvin Mdaka

Agricultural Facilitator

A passionate agricultural professional with a National Diploma in Animal Sciences from North-West University and over 3 years of experience in animal production and livestock management. Specializes in agricultural training, sustainable farming practices, and community development. Dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture and improving livelihoods through practical agricultural solutions.
